Tamarind soup

canh chua chay

3 chopped tomatoes
200g of fresh bean sprouts
3 chopped slices of pineapple
4 chopped okras
1 minced branch of "dọc mùng"
1 small bag of tamarind soup base
1 bunch of "rau om"

Boil 2 liters of water in a pot.
Add all the ingredients in the pot, except the bunch of "rau om".
Cook during 5 minutes.
Add the bunch of "rau om" at the end.
